使用與保養
- 使用前,將蒸籠沖洗乾淨後放入鍋中空蒸五分鐘,即可正常使用
- 搭配炒鍋使用時,水要漫過蒸籠邊沿
- 搭配湯鍋使用時,水加到湯鍋內部七八成的位置,不要溢出鍋口即可
- 待水滾後放入食物,鍋內水不足時,請務必加熱水,以保持鍋內蒸汽充足並防止蒸籠邊燒焦
- 蒸東西時上層先熟,蒸的時間按火侯和材料而異,長時間蒸盡量並免中途打開蓋子
- 初次使用後,建議給竹蒸籠外層塗抹許食用油
- 每次使用後,蒸籠蓋和籠盤需要用溫水沖洗乾淨,可用毛刷刷洗
- 切忌不要曝曬,後放通風處晾乾透後再放乾燥處收藏
